Quality

All our American-made products are manufactured at our facility in Ferris, Texas. Each product is fabricated in-house before being subcontracted to local vendors for finishing. We have enacted robust quality procedures and maintain an experienced quality assurance team with active IATF certification. We perform batch-test inspections and can inspect each individual unit in your project upon request.

General Capabilities

At 星空体育, we frequently work with client-provided designs and engineer drawings to ensure that finished projects meet customer specifications. Our team offers custom, application-specific designs on an as-needed basis.

Once a potential client sends along their request to our sales team, our Sales team forwards all requests to our department of expert engineers. The engineering team conducts a feasibility study to determine whether or not projects fall within our capabilities. Our mechanical, automotive, and other specialized engineers collaborate to provide an accurate quote and lead time estimates. We can handle production runs of all sizes鈥攏o estimated annual unit count is too high or low.
